We went up to the Port Hills and did the Crater Rim track. I found a lot of rubbish next to the road so I decided to put it in a spare bag we had and take it the nearest rubbish bin . Lucky the rubbish bin was at the cafe so I had an ice cream.

Bug Olympics

The bug olympics is serious stuff. Spiders do a food race.

Flys race as a plane in a circle. Dung beatles race who can get the most dung in 3 minutes and 8 seconds.

Now this is a relay race with 3 players per team. Spiders- on your mark, get set - GO! The spiders were speeding through the food. 1 minute and a spider is finished.

Next the flies - they are gliding through the air. 5 seconds and the other fly is in the  arena - but the first fly has finished!

Now the dung beatles -  the  amount of dung is approximately three meters high now. The second dung beetle attempted to attack all of the dung in one but the other beatle got there first now the race has ended.

The Scorpion Temple

In 1822 two armies attacked a temple. Only ten of the men came out alive of the temple.

20 years passed and the temple was still standing. The only reason why people died was because they did not look for the traps around the temple - but the magic chrystal was still inside the temple, hidden under a chair.

The generals all agreed to send  three squadrons at once to attack because they needed the chrystal for the money. They wanted to buy new helicopters and hire more men.

When the targets were in sight of firing range they fired at the temple and all of the traps set off. Then they all moved into the temple.

Five minutes later there were three hallways. The squadrons all agreed to split up and each hall had a mummy in it. They would not hurt you. They just scare you. Two of  the squadrons got through the door and around the gap. Two people found the  Dino and a squad of mummies came. This time the mummies eat people’s souls.

Five people survived the mummies. The people’s names are Jack, Joseph, Rafe, Zan & Xanthe . They all find a door and opened it and found the gold scorpion, which is the chrystal. Xanthe ran to the gold scorpion-  she grabed the gold and ran to a door “POW!”, she kicked the door open and all of the frends jump Into the helicopter and escaped to the base.
